Delivery Information

Your order will be mailed to you, USPS, within 2 business days after your order is cleared by your credit card company.

Once notified payment has been cleared, the purchased VIS Designs will be packaged and submitted for delivery, USPS. Although a great majority will be delivered within 72 hours ,  VIS Designs is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the environment or the vendor. 

Although a very rare occurrence, it has happened that a package was damaged in the delivery process. If your package is in any way damaged, please take a digital picture and submit  it via email to VIS Designs: visheritage@gmail.com requesting a replacement.
